What at the first glance is looking like the high-donated do-it-yourself picture of a gifted chimpanzee are lichens (Flechten) on the surface of the stone walls lining the Thames.
Well, I know, not very spectacular for most eyes, but hey, the biologist is still part of me and will always be. :-)
