The Niagara Falls are composed of two water falls separated by Goat island: The American Falls of the USA and the Canadian Horseshoe Falls. The less popular since smaller Bridal Veil Falls are also located on the American side, separated from the main American Falls by Luna island. The pictures show the 1.060 feet (323 m) wide American Falls as seen from the US side which have a height of 70 feet (21 m) before reaching a jumble of boulders that were deposited by a massive rock slide in 1954.
