Saratoga battle fields

The Saratoga National Historical Park is the place you have to visit if you are interested in the War of Independence, also known as the Revolutionary War. Because that's the location where some of the most important battles took place. You can walk/ride/bicycle through the park or drive a 9 mile prepared route and have stops at different locations where you can find informations about the history of these places. At some stops are even actors dressed up like soldiers giving some demos about the way of life at that time. During high season you should be able to watch some playing of mock battles with real horses (blast!) and exchange of fire and all that stuff you've already heard and seen about on TV.
