Nature's little wonder world
I finally got my new camera - this time with macrofunction :-) - and just took some snapshots on one of my daily walks with Lucy. I guess this will be my new hobby :-). But I would be a bad biologist without providing you with the names of the plants and insects as well! So from top to bottom: Graphosoma lineatum (Striped shield bug, Streifenwanze), Polygonum bistorta (Meadow bistort, Wiesenknöterich), Polyommatus icarus (Common blue butterfly, Hauhechelbläuling), Rhagonycha fulva (Common red soldier beetle, Rotbrauner Weichkäfer), and the last one... okay I have to admit I don't know everything. ;-)
P.S.: Wait, with a little help I do! The last picture shows Commelina dianthifolia (Western dayflower, Tagesblume).
