Right after New Years Eve the first snow fell and it is supposed to last for a while. Tonight we expect a low of -20°C which is the coldest night I remember since years. The snow produces a dry, crunching sound under your feet and you cannot press it to snowballs easily. Lucy is a snow dog as you can see on the pictures. And not only because she is camouflaged perfectly. Today she fell accidentally into a snow bank and was completely covered with snow. After digging up again, she puffed and blew the snow from her nose - and jumped in again. She did that two more times before I could covince her to keep walking. What a crazy little dog!
