Time journey

About two weeks ago Mark managed it to escape his everyday life in New York and he came over for a short trip around the area of Dresden. It's a fascinating landscape we found there. The area is called Saechsische Schweiz close to the border to the Czech Republic. The rocks looked as if they were just on loan. Since those formations are mostly typical for other regions of our planet but not Germany. Sometimes I thought you were looking back thru time. Maybe so it had looked like thousands of years ago in Nevada, too, before the area turned into a desert?
