Wintergreen

It's rare but still there - green is a seldom color in the grey, cold and inhospitable time of winter season. But there are conifers and mosses that resist the harsh grip of winter and keep doing their little conifer and moss businesses (see the moss is even still producing spores for reproduction) - so it's like a promise that nature is just resting for a while and will be right back next year for another great coming out
